Apex Home Health is a licensed, nurse-owned and operated home health care agency located in Mandeville, Louisiana. Our office locations are located on the Northshore, Southshore and in the City of Bogalusa.

Who is eligible to receive home health care services?

Prior to enrolling in home health care services, a patient must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be under the care of a Physician

  • Patient must be homebound

  • Patient must provide a certification from a Physician indicating his/her needs for intermittent or skilled services.
